The breakfast was superb, especially the homemade torta della nonna! There was a slight plastic smell in the room at first. A well-thought-out hotel experience 😊

Recently renovated and air-conditioned rooms with ac are accompanied by good service. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and amicable and deserve a 3-star rating.

Central location, spacious family rooms, rooftop terrace
WiFi performance downright unacceptable!!! Odd smells in hallways definitely detracted from the overall experience. Outdated decor.

We were made very welcome and the hotel was only 5 minutes from the bus station from the airport. It was very central and really suited my friend and I as we like shopping! Coffee served at breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel abroad.
Breakfast was minimal but adequate

We loved visiting Chia's fine beaches, definitely a highlight for our family. The staff was warm and cute, really making us feel at home. Our two teenagers enjoyed the spacious room and local dining options, which catered to a variety of tastes.
My kids wished for a smoother breakfast experience.

For two ladies staying on their own this hotel was excellent for being right in the middle of many restaurants so we didn't have to venture too far in the evening. It is also very close to the bus station and shops.

it was convenient to have a free breakfast every morning and the large corner room.
the decor of the hotel and it´s furnishings seemed a little outdated.
